We have an AI start-up client who is looking for a G&A sourcer. The role is remote and a six-month contract that could be extended.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent for General and Administrative (G&A) roles across the organization
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums to build a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search criteria
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
