Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Posting transactions in Sage 50 Accounting Software
• Scanning documents
• Bank Reconciliations
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Answering phones
• Excel worksheets

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

We are a small Bookkeeping Company in Magnolia, TX. We have been in business over 20 years. We work out of a home office and we have 4 dogs in the office every day. If that is a plus for you then you will fit in here. We have many types of clients, but mostly Restaurants. We have a beautiful and casual environment.
