EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Sales Representation to promote G.J. Oliver’s products and services which include: heavy steel fabrications, machining, pressure vessels, and rotating machinery packaging and auxiliary support systems.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
G. J. Oliver is a privately owned worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of various custom steel fabrications, ASME & PED pressure vessels, API Class equipment packaging and auxiliary support systems including lube/seal/control oil systems, dry gas seal systems, cooling water systems, steam conditioning systems, turbine/compressor water and solvent wash systems and more.
We are located on a 22-acre manufacturing campus at 50 Industrial Rd., Phillipsburg, NJ, with a combined total shop floor space in excess of 144,000 square feet.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Self-motivated sales representative with experience working in the market that has an established based of customers contacts with procurement needs suited to the competencies of our company. This position will have responsibilities of promoting G.J. Oliver, Inc., building relationships with existing and new customers, obtaining relevant inquires matching the company’s products and services, assisting in the preparation and follow-up with proposals, and seeking out new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have consultative selling skills
Proficient with the use of MS Office products
Background in the fabrication and machining business
Must be able to travel the territory as needed
Service existing and new accounts, obtain technical information required for quoting
Monitors open quote status and communicates the potential for closing and standing as compared to the competition.
Must have established clientele
