As a Credit Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in finding the best loan plan for their home repairs. Working closely with our sales and production teams, you will be speaking with customers who are interested in finding loan options that fit their needs. The right candidate will be a friendly, well-organized self-starter, with a passion for helping homeowners and the ability to effectively collaborate with our diverse team. G.L. Responsibilities: • Connecting with clients who express an interest in different financing options • Following up with clients to assess their needs • Keeping excellent notes on the status of financing applications • Communicating with our different lenders to stay current on the best rates available • Proactively search for additional financial institutions that may be a great fit with our values Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of credit reporting • Clean criminal background • Bilingual preferred, not required • Attention to detail • Talent for problem-solving, and ability to think outside the box Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
