Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our sales processes, and ensuring our team delivers on our promise of exceptional customer care and operational integrity. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • As our Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing the critical support needed to ensure our services are presented and documented flawlessly. Ensure Excellence in Sales Documentation: • Conduct detailed audits of sales appointments managed by our external representatives. Your keen eye will ensure all documentation aligns with our high standards and regulatory requirements. Drive Sales Efficiency: • Identify and address any gaps in our sales documentation process, offering actionable feedback to our sales team to refine their approach and boost performance. Foster Team Success: • Work closely with sales and internal teams to rectify any discrepancies, ensuring a seamless flow from appointment scheduling to follow-up. Support & Accountability: • Beyond supporting our sales team in logistical tasks like setting up follow-up appointments, you'll play a pivotal role in holding the team accountable to our collective goals, ensuring every opportunity is maximized. Identify Coaching Opportunities: • Generate feedback on areas of improvement within processes and procedures for individual sales reps to their sales manager. Qualifications: Who You Are:Detail-Oriented: You have an exceptional ability to spot discrepancies and areas for improvement. • Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, enabling effective collaboration. • Self-Starter: You thrive in fast-paced environments, capable of working independently as well as part of a team. • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and relevant software applications is a big plus, empowering our team to stay ahead. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
