CONTROLLER
BASE COMPENSATION: starting salary of $100,000-$120,000/YR BONUSES: tri-annual performance-based PROFIT-SHARING BONUSES (estimated $0-$15,000) LOCATION: MINNEAPOLIS, KS. Hired candidate eligible for RELOCATION COMPENSATION if applicable

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The winning candidate will have potential to elevate to Chief Financial Officer in time as a result of demonstrated high performance; strong consultative presence with the Leadership Team in financial matters and planning; and from effective talent management prowess.
