Our unique life insurance agency is currently searching for bright, friendly, resourceful, and teachable professionals. We are willing to coach and train the right “unlicensed” candidate to leverage our proven sales system; however, the best candidate will already be licensed. Position Requirements and Responsibilities: • The ability to connect well with other people • Must be coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system • Customer service skills for phone consultations and zoom-computer-meetings with clients, and the ability to listen to client’s needs. • A trustworthy person, easily able to establish relationships. • Able to analyze and explain illustration calculations. • Ethical and discrete, and willing to protect “sensitive” and personal client information. • Own a reliable computer for zoom meetings and presentations. • Responsible enough to deliver completed insurance policies to clients. • A resourceful “problem solver.” • Ability to follow up and monitoring policy approval progresses, while appropriately corresponding with clients to their satisfaction, and in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following: • Have excellent customer service skills/experience • Will be a positive person with outstanding interpersonal skills • Will be organized and detail-oriented • Own and is proficient in using a computer • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, typing emails and text messages in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner. • Will be a business-oriented person, who possesses an entrepreneur, “growth-mindset,” and concerned about achieving substantial career promotions and raises.
This is a COMMISSION ONLY position, allowing you to make as much, or little, as you like. There is no base salary. However, the Commission Based Compensation could be up to $120K in your first year.
• Part-Time Agents make approximately $30k-60k the first year • Full-Time Agents make approximately $85k-180k first year, writing about 5 plus applications, per week. • Agency Owners, with consistent promotions every 2-3 months, generate $200k • An average commission is around $600 per application.
This career is flexible enough for you to also have a part-time job if desired. Work from home, and live anywhere in the continental United States.
