    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:  This position will partner with the HR team on design and deployment of various strategic priority projects. These will include: Recruiting, Intern Program Management, Process Improvement and HRIS implementation and Social Media.  The intern will work to implement programs while reinforcing values critical to the company’s success.

    • Support HR projects as needed
    • Support G&W Internship Program
    • ADP Home Page Clean Up – Creating efficiency in the back end of ADP home page set up i.e. organizing/deleting /updating image files, headers and categories for various home page and posting topics, providing idea/recommendations using creativity for postings and communications throughout the year i.e. develop a calendar and reference the ADP reworked set up to use etc.
    • Set up compensation software: Import ADP files into Payfactors, match survey jobs to ADP structure which will entail review of G&W job desperations and survey data summaries, be prepared to flag jobs pay grade ranges against market ranges. Set up employee data in Payfactors compensation management system
    • Assist payroll and/or Benefits with projects including process documentation

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited university
    • Possesses a minimum GPA of 3.0 in one or more of the following disciplines: Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
    • Be a team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills who can work in a collaborative environment.
    • Demonstrate attention to detail and an ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Possess strong time management, sense of urgency, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Any experience with an HRIS (preferred)
