    G2 Secure Staff, meet inbound and outbound flights to provide services with wheelchairs, aisle chairs and to passengers needing special assistance.

    G2 Secure Staff Supervisors, are responsible for supervising and directing the work of Wheelchair agents who support the airport operations of G2’s airline clients. Supervisors assist the Airline Account Manager with airline and administrative processes to exceed all quality, safety and performance standards while providing outstanding customer service. Manage personnel to ensure adequate staffing and provide guidance, mentoring and assistance to agents as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Capable of lifting, holding or carrying up to 75 pounds repetitively
