As the head of the regional sales division, I, Kyle, interview every applicant and determine whether or not they meet the standards for our team. This role involves teaching homeowners about Solar power and advising them on the best approach during an in-home visit. You'll be provided with leads, as well as the opportunity to market through word-of-mouth, door-knocking, or any other suitable method. Responsibilities: • Assist customers with in-home solar consultations. • Answer customer questions. • Accurately enter customer orders into the system and ensure they are processed quickly. • Respond promptly and politely to any questions from customers. • Maintain customer records in order to better organize customer data. • Resolve customer service complaints in a courteous and professional manner. Qualifications: Sales experience is preferred but not required. What is required: • Great attitude and effort • Coachability • Reliable transportation • Team Oriented • Ability to take some evening and weekend appointments • Team meeting in the office 2-3 times per week Compensation: $200,000+ yearly
