    Customer Service Representative Basic Purpose:

    GA Foodsis seeking an experienced SEASONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join its team at its Corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. The ideal Customer Service Representative will be a compassionate and skilled customer service professional who is interested in impacting the lives of others. this individual will be a key part of assuring courteous, accurate, and secure processing of customer orders and deliveries.

    THIS POSITION MAY BECOME TEMP-PERMANENT.

    Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

    • Inbound customer and member orders
    • Liaison with the company's Field Service Representatives, along withcustomers, agencies, and Case Managers
    • Data Entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programs

    Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    • Minimum of a high school diploma
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
    • Strong customer orientation and focus
    • Prior customer service or call center experience, preferred
    • Strong and accurate data entry
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and dependability
    • May have access to confidential information as necessary to perform job functions, and as such, is required to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Bilingual preferred
