    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5+ years of experience in import/export, logistics, supply management, or a similar role preferably in wholesale.
    • Demonstrated International background with thorough understanding of international shipping guidelines.
    • Must have the ability to develop, coordinate and control multiple processes and/or projects at one time.
    • Strongly proficient in ERP systems.
    • Self-disciplined to perform time sensitive assignments with high activity, automotive, JIT experience.
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow through.

    BASIC FUNCTIONS:

    • Prevent vehicles going off Final 4 with any PCC1 related missing parts. 
    • Missing parts communicated with the MPC office and receive ETA of missing parts.
    • Log all vehicles that have PCC1 related parts that are missing.
    • Log missing parts that KSP cells handle and assist in getting the parts placed in the vehicles.
    • Watch issue boards at T6, F4 and WSA for missing parts.  Record any missing parts and

      resolve issues if possible.

    • Ability to keep good records and documentation.
    • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
    • Assure all documentation is error free and completed in a timely manner.
    • Follow and support company policies and procedures as per ARD Handbook.
    • Promote self-directed workforce.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another. 
    • Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay. 
    • Receives products and coordinates delivery. 
    • Prepares loads for shipment.
