Position Summary:

The Associate Producer is responsible for publishing one or more mobile game titles. The Associate Producer sets the creative and technical vision as well as directs the development of the game. This is a full time, hybrid (remote/on-site) schedule position. Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing and executing operational and promotional initiatives for the game(s)
• Work with the internal and external development team to set the direction and strategy for the game to maximize the success of the game
• Perform detailed analysis and work through multi-layered problems to reach a solution
• Create and execute plans for events and sales to generate revenue.
• Plan updates and maintenance scheduling, revenue promotion planning, item pricing and strategic content adjustments
• Work in collaboration with several teams (Customer Support, Localization, Marketing, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of game production or live game service experience
• 1+ years of leadership/management experience
• Mobile or online game (PC) experience preferred
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Exceptional project and time management skills
