POSITION SUMMARY
Assist in the day-to-day management of the corporate social media and PR initiatives internally and with our third-party partners. Must be able to work closely with team members to ensure accuray and efficiency. Exceptional and clearly written and verbal communication skills are required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage social media calendar, including posting cadence, copywriting, and asset organization.
- Monitor and respond to community reactions.
- Manage social media engagement through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities.
- Ability to work with cross-funtional teams to develop social media marketing campaigns.
- Ability to craft engaging content that resonates with the audience.
- Manage relations and communication with third party PR agencies.
- Assit in the Drafting, editing, and distribution of press releases in collaboration with third parties.
- Prepare and edit corporate communications materials for internal and external audiences.
- Research and assiting in Public Relations opportunities for COM2US USA, Inc.
- Answer inquiries regarding corporate information.
- Maintain COM2US USA, Inc.'s corporate image and identity.
- Arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of social media marketing experience at an agency or in-house team.
- BA or equivalent in related field.
- Strong written, including creative copywriting, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be comfortable engaging in communication with all levels of management, media, and fans.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Product Suite a plus.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Social media marketing experience in the video game industry.
- Deep understanding of current COM2US and competitor-related platforms, games, digital storefronts, and services.
- Experience in creating video content for TikTok and YouTube.
- Fluent or working proficiency in Korean.
- Adobe Creative Suite
