Salary: Hourly pay with performance-based commissions

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through face-to-face interactions, networking, and other sales techniques
• Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients
• Attend daily sales training sessions
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to work in person full time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
