Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching products/services to potential clients, customer retention, and closing sales. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and are eager to kickstart their career in the business world.

Salary: Hourly pay with performance-based commissions

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through face-to-face interactions, networking, and other sales techniques

Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients

Attend daily sales training sessions

Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Continuously update knowledge of products/services and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Reliable transportation to and from work

Able to work in person full time

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and results-oriented
