PC Invasion is looking for dedicated, knowledgeable freelance writers for all things gaming. With experience, passion, and an inoffensive sense of humor, we write about what's happening in the gaming world. This role will be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the world.

For years, PC Invasion has been a gaming outlet focused on providing the best in news, reviews, guides, and features. And you can be a part of our journey.

PC Invasion is in search of 4-6 experienced freelance writers to round out the team and expand the outlet's diverse portfolio. We need writers who are comfortable writing about a large variety of games, including ones that they may not have a lot of experience with. However, we are also looking for people with rich knowledge of specific beats listed below. You will be writing many different types of articles including guides, evergreen pieces, news, and features.

Games / Beats we need:

• Genshin Impach / HoYoverse

• Roblox

• Minecraft

• FFXIV / MMOs

• Sports games

****What we're looking for in an ideal candidate:

• Able to write a minimum of 25 articles, though we encourage you to write more
• Receptive to constructive criticism and motivated to improve craft
• 1+ years of experience in game writing
• Rich knowledge of one of the above beats and its community

Pay ranges from payment ranging from $11 to $60 per article depending on type and length.

What we need from you:

• A short cover letter (150 words at minimum) is required to be considered, mentioning which of the above beats you can cover competently
• Writing samples / portfolio
• Resume
