GAT SPORT, a leader in the Nutritional Supplement industry is growing! We are currently seeking an experienced candidate for the International Marketing Associate position. This position is new, and we are looking for a motivated, and energetic candidate to help take our International business to the next level. The International Marketing Associate will develop and implement strategic international marketing plans for our organization. You will stay abreast of changes in assigned marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the company and adjusts plans accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be creative, generate new and innovative ideas
• Develop International efforts on a market to market basis in tandem with our respective partners
• Research and develop pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met
• Adhere to approved budgets
• Serve as marketing team member on key product development programs
• Develop and implement specific growth strategies
• Support international product launches through standardized processes for communication commercialization strategies and tracking metrics
• Market research to advise assessment of market opportunities
• Coordinate or participate in promotional activities and trade shows
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing efforts
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Build brand loyalty and messaging
• Conduct in depth analysis on sales data to drive insight
• Manage SEO and PPC inputs to all accounts
• Execute new business roll-outs
• Provide regular reporting to management
• Travel as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing, or related Marketing field
• 3-5 years' experience as Marketing Associate/Manager, International Marketing a PLUS
• Professional and organized
• Demonstrable experience of growth
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to speak several languages including English a PLUS
