    Job Description

    GAT SPORT is excited to add a new position to the company. We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Business Development who looks forward to challenges and can direct decisions promptly. You are a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced senior leader responsible for initiating and closing sales opportunities, which significantly accelerate' growth, expand our products offerings and profitability and help fulfill the company’s vision to transform the nutritional supplement experience.

    The Vice President of Business Development will report directly to the CEO, and work collaborative with the Executive Management Team. You will establish and achieve business goals, metrics and milestones.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    You will work closely with the:

    · CEO to create, administer, and implement the business development strategies for the company.

    · CFO to build a growth budget and execution strategy for the company.

    · Vice President of Global Sales to build the Domestic and International sales strategies and Teams.

    · Director of Marketing to build and develop the Marketing strategy in the U.S. and worldwide.

    · Digital Marketing team to build and develop the Digital Marketing campaign in the USA and with our Distributors around the globe.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Minimum of 10 years Consumer Packaged Goods experience, ideally in the sports nutrition industry

    · Must work well in a team environment and have demonstrated an ability to operate at all levels within an organization

    · Proven success at business building (strategy development, category solutions leadership)

    · Strong leadership qualities and skills leading and managing direct reports

    · High level of organizational skills, great writing and oral communication skills

    · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    · Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed

    · The ability to utilize creativity and push beyond the obvious, comfortable going into “unchartered” territory in setting out recommendations and goals

    · Understand the value of listening to customers, distributors and vendors to gain insights and moving objectives forward

    · P & L management and strong financial acumen
