We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston , TX! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• 1 years stable full time work experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferably in Food Wholesale industry)
• An Associate degree or higher degree in Business or relevant field is not required but highly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability and willingness to learn and can learn fast
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English is a must, additional language in Chinese/Vietnamese/Spanish is highly preferred
