Job Description

We are seeking a full time ORDER FULFILLMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our team to support  our retail business and E-commerce online order fulfillment! 80% of the time you will be working on order order fulfillment tasks (processing order, picking/packing, and preparing shipment), and 20% of the time you will be supporting other duties (receiving, housekeeping, customer service). This position will require you to have the basic knowledge of using computer software and familiar with using Email and phone. Initial training on order fulfillment procedure and products will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Process, pick, and package online orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain inventory in a neat, orderly and safe manner.
• Receive deliveries, unload merchandise, and stock incoming deliveries.
• Assist with ensuring accurate on-hand counts for our products.
• Oversee and manage packaging material inventory.
• Process customer inquiries such as product information, returns and exchanges, ...etc.
• Prevent order errors by reviewing for accuracy and pricing discrepancies.
• Communicate with appropriate teams regarding shipment delays and errors.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Willing to learn and can learn quickly
• Familiar and comfortable with computer
• Conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented
• Quick and efficient. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task to keep our wheels moving.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift or help lift heavy boxes. When supporting picking/packing, you'll mostly be packaging smaller packages under 50 LBS but will occasionally be asked to help with heavier packages.
• Fluent both in writing and verbal English is a must, bilingual is a plus
• Must be able to work onsite from 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
