Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced GCP Cloud Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate must be a Colorado resident and will play a key role in developing and managing infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure using Terraform and scripting tools while ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions using GCP services

· Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform

· Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust infrastructure solutions

· Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure

· Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner

Must Haves:

· 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure development experience

· Deep knowledge of GCP core services (compute, storage, networking, security, IAM)

· Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

· Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell

· Experience with CI/CD and large-scale enterprise deployments

· Google Cloud Foundational Certification
