RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to the leadership and project management team Assist bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, AR/AP task Assist project management administration and documentation File invoice and account related documents Manage and organize materials orders Manage and organize inbound/outbound mail Unpack inventory shipments received Handle general housekeeping

OTHER INFORMATION: Full-Time position but negotiable on working 25+ hr/wk Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
