Job Description
Description: Human Resources Team The employee assistant II (HR solutions team) will deliver employee experience and relations services to the business. • In this role they will coordinate processes and deliver HR services including: industrial and labor relations and monitoring compliance programs. • Local training performance management and attendance will be responsibilities as well.
Minimum Qualifications: • HS diploma, secondary education level or equivalent. • minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications: • Candidate must feel comfortable talking to employees who are seeking help with questions related to processes/policy/etc. • Candidate will help with a new intitiave and be staged at a table in the Plant (2x per week - 4 hours total per week) to help answer questions/concerns. • Also, candidate must be comfortable helping at the HR window in the Plant.
