Our Commercial Insurance Team is a high performance, technology-oriented, customer service focused team in our organization who are responsible for the day-to-day care and servicing of our clients and their employees benefit programs. The GDP Commercial Insurance team manages the entire client relationship including new client onboarding, daily servicing, compliance advisement and renewal experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinating internal commercial business workflows and leads our team in process execution and best practices procedures.
· Taking a lead role with company partners and producers with P&C marketing strategy development, quoting and policy execution.
· Leading internal and external teams with daily client relationship management, claims processing and elevated problem resolution.
· Managing & owning the client insurance policy renewal process for the organization and new client onboarding.
· Oversight of Auditing and Checking client portfolios ensuring complete and full coverage and directing daily tasks and processes to third party partner.
· Overall stewardship of all carrier, underwriter and third party relationships ensuring the firm is meeting performance expectations.
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Maintaining and exhibiting a positive, professional attitude in the performance of your position, treat clients, prospects, carriers/vendors, and team members with courtesy and respect, follow executive strategic direction and contribute to a company team approach toward meeting strategic goals and providing high-level client services.
· Representing GDP Advisors in a competent, professional manner internally and externally.
· Performing other duties as assigned
· Embracing training and a higher level of self-performance and self-education about the industry
· Currently holding a valid Texas Commercial Insurance License
