Job Description

As a Commercial Quality Manager (CQM), you will be communicating the business goals, objectives, and processes for the materials, production and shipping & receiving areas of the business operations. The CQM is expected to establish and implement a raw material ordering and production schedule that will meet the needs of the business while best utilizing employee resources. The CQM must interface with suppliers to ensure that materials are received in a timely manner.

Essential Responsibilities

The CQM is expected to drive engagement to meet the Plant's goals & objectives for safety, cost, quality & service. The CQM will be responsible for promoting initiatives and metrics. These would include but not be limited to:

·       Forecasting

·       SAP BOM / SKU / Master item set up & maintenance/ MRP management

·       Purchasing / Order management

·       Supplier relations / reliability

·       Shipping & receiving

·       Production scheduling & attainment

·       Inventory accuracy, Cycle counts & Warehouse management

Qualifications/Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree and/or CPM Certification

·       Minimum of 10 Years of experience in Production Control / Materials / Supply Chain Management Experience

·       Strong SAP Skills

·       Management Leadership
