    Job Description

    GE Lighting, a Savant Company Consumer Sales Organization has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to be on the forefront of our efforts to lead the lighting revolution with Lowe’s.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition, you will :

    • Work alongside GE Lighting sales team leaders to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for sales executives
    • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Product Management to help accomplish the account’s goals & initiatives
    • Directly enable forecasting processes supporting the Lowe’s sales team
    • Provide reporting that inform sales reps, managers and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future
    • Manage the Sales Operations process to enable sales team productivity
    • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machine run faster
    • Ensure effective and efficient use of salesforce.com including administration, user setup and adoption
    • Manage metrics/analytics programs to help sales leaders make data-backed business decisions
    • Improve our sales process through the implementation of better measurement and execution
    • Drive tactical planning throughout all levels of the organization closest to the customer
    • Execute business process improvement initiatives
    • Work cross-functionally to support all item listings internally and with the customer via a third-party solution provider
    • Lead all aspects of product activation and maintenance to ensure data quality and a seamless online presence
    • Directly manage the GE-Lowe’s sales team Co-op (summer internship) program
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or related field from an accredited university or college
    • Minimum of 5 year of experience Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Excel Experience (including pivot tables, pie charts, etc.)
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Have owned the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates through the sales funnel
    • Built reports that inform sales reps, managers and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future
    • Motivated self-starter, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly customer centric with the ability to professionally and accurately deliver results
    • Experience working in a team environment where the performance of others affects personal success
