The opportunity is designed help you “test the waters” of working in the manufacturing industry. Many of our most valuable company leaders began their careers this way.

SUMMARY: You will spend one to three months participating in our Materials Testing Project. Work will take place on-site in our laboratory, Monday-Friday, and you will earn $16/ hour, with overtime on Saturday, if scheduled. Reporting to a Quality Supervisor, and under the direction of our Plant Manager, you will learn the Automotive Manufacturing business and develop production/laboratory skills. The goal is to provide individuals with hands-on experience in the Quality Department as we conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing. Our Summer positions will allow you to learn our industry, right where the action takes place. This will be a hands-on experience for students, to learn the industry from the ground-up. You will work alongside some of the best in the business. This a great opportunity for students with minimal or no manufacturing experience to gain first-hand knowledge of a production operation.
