WE HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN OREGON AS WELL AS OUTSIDE SALES REPS IN TESLAS WITH LAPTOPS WORKING WITH OUR DEALERSHIP PARTNERS, LOCAL REAL ESTATE AND MORTGAGE BROKERS, TOO! IN-OFFICE AND MOBILE-READY WORK FORCE NEEDED!
THE PAY - HIGH COMMISSIONS! ZERO CEILING.
Mid-Tier performers (Tier 2/5) will earn $25-35 per hour on average.
Top-Tier performers (Tier 4/5) will earn $50-60 per hour on average.
THIS IS NO JOKE - YOU WILL MAKE WHAT YOU EARN.
Gold Standard Producers (Tier 5/5) will qualify for profit sharing on a quarterly basis after 1 year of full-time employment.
Unless previously licensed, the opportunity for remote work is based on skill, experience, and after on-site training is completed and performance reviewed.
Self guided online course completion and insurance licensing is required to perform this job and will be required before beginning work.
THE HOURS
Full-time (40 hour work week flexible hours/split shifts)
Office Hours: 9-7 M-F | 10-4 Sat.

This is a property/casualty insurance agency unlike any business you've seen before. Our owner, Rudi Pino, has spent his entire carrier working with typical, boring, old-school insurance companies. ALL THE TOP INSURANCE CARRIERS THAT GEICO OUT PERFORMS YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT, HE KNOWS INSIDE AND OUT! TAKE IT FROM HIM: THIS IS DIFFERENT!
With expectations of writing well over 1,000 policies per month, a team of 15 sales agents, 6 Service Staff, a supportive management team, AND YOU will crush these goals!
You will be the 1st POC with 15-30 HOT LEADS at your work station every morning; a state of the art phone system staging a high volume of incoming calls; and organically generated leads from events, volunteer work, and community involvement we as a GEICO Local Crew will be hosting and involved in.
You will have support/mentorship at all times throughout the training/sales process. We will strive to give you the best opportunity possible in what will be a long and lucrative career. THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!
IDEALLY WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE
- SALES PEOPLE. Not insurance people (although insurance experience works too!)
- BE TEACHABLE. You will learn a lot and need to have determination for continuous improvement.
