THIS POSITION IS WITH THE BOYNTON BEACH GEICO LOCAL OFFICE. MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN SPANISH FLUENTLY.

AGENTS MAKE PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY WITH THEIR HOURLY RATE SERVING AS THE MINIMUM. AVERAGE PERFORMERS EARN BETWEEN $50,000 AND $75,000. TOP PRODUCERS EXCEED $80,000 +. THIS POSITION DOES NOT HAVE MAXIMUM TOP END, THE MORE YOU SELL THE MORE YOU MAKE!

INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

RESPONSIBILITIES The Boynton Beach Local Office is looking for energetic and competitive insurance sales agents who will prepare personalized insurance quotes, work our EXCLUSIVE leads, cross-sell appropriate products, and close sales. No cold calling! Managing agent will provide consistent one-on-one training, coaching, and mentoring to help you meet sales goals and maximize your performance-based pay.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish fluently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License or equivalent (Have, or obtain within 20 days of hiring)
• Excellent grammar, computer, and typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high customer volume environment
• Sales experience or desire to work in a competitive sales environment
• Prior sales experience (phone sales a plus) preferred
• Prior customer service experience preferred
