GEM Enrollments, a premier Employee Work-site Benefit Enrollment firm, is seeking a Licensed Benefit Counselor to join our in-house enrollment team. This is a FULL-TIME position in our office (Rockland County, NY bordering Bergen County, NJ) with terrific offerings!

Candidate will work closely with Management and staff, to support our enrollments through our office - no travel necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• CANDIDATE MUST BE LICENSED IN LIFE, ACCIDENT & HEALTH INSURANCE.
• Candidate MUST have experience as licensed benefits counselor.
• Candidate must be familiar & have experience with all aspects of Worksite & Employee Benefits;
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Candidate should possess a desire to promote customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day to day New Hire enrollments;
• Assist with cleanup of Open Enrollments;
• Report to the Senior Leadership Team;
• Candidate may represent the organization at meetings and events IF candidate elects.
