We're expanding our sales team and seeking a Sales Manager to drive the sales and account management of our bottling and private-label juice manufacturing services. Your work as a sales manager will be crucial to growing our market share. Though it's not necessary, prior knowledge of bottled drinks or juices is preferable. We are seeking a driven individual with a strong prospecting aptitude, as you will be responsible for establishing new connections within our primarily East Coast market. With infrequent travel of roughly 10%, this work mostly entails inside sales operations like cold calling and using platforms like Microsoft Teams. Compensation: • Base Salary: $100,000 • Expected First Year Earnings: $130,000+ (based on performance) • IRA • Health insurance • PTO • Bonus opportunities • Yearly bonus Responsibilities: • Successfully contribute to the Company’s growth and financial goals through territory sales • Increase visibility of company capabilities, products, and services • Manage profitable sales and aggressively target and pursue new accounts • Understand customer needs to develop appropriate recommendations for products and services • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls and emails • Monitor prospects and their development • Positively represents the Company and proactively maintains customer relations • Address and resolve customer questions and inquiries • Create and execute sales strategies • Report directly to ownership • All other duties as assigned Qualifications: • 3-5 years’ beverage sales experience with established relationships preferred • Vast amounts of energy, with a relentless approach to the business and an entrepreneurial mindset • Demonstrated ability to support, lead, and close sales deals credibly and effectively • Strong organizational and managerial skills • Articulate with communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work under pressure and professionally handle challenging situations • Ability to demonstrate and communicate creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches • Willingness & ability to travel domestically on occasion for industry-based trade shows and expos • Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 Expected Earnings
