Geman Criminal Defense is a nationally recognized DUI & Criminal Defense law firm with offices in Denver, DTC, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Reliable, consistent, extrovert who maintains their organization and routines, is comfortable asking for help, adapts to a fluid workday, and can meticulously follow procedure.
• Capable of demonstrating both empathy and confidence to client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily appearances in state courts and administrative agencies (DMV).
• Drafting and litigating pretrial motions.
• Keeping clients up to date on the status of their cases and what to expect next.
• Analyzing discovery.
• Negotiating with prosecutors.
• Working with investigators and expert witnesses.

​​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Colorado license in good standing.
• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in criminal defense.
• An understanding of Titles 18 and 42; Criminal Procedure; 1 CCR 211-2 and 5 CCR 1005-2
• Familiarity with 42-2-126 Administrative Revocation Hearings
