We are seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for testing and implementing computer databases.

Responsibilities:

The candidate shall shall provide Oracle database support activities for the high availability databases for FDSys. The support activities shall include database monitoring, performance tuning, configuration management, database patching and user administration across the development, test and production environments.

It is critical that the subject matter experts (SME) have three (3) years experience and possess an in-depth understanding of SQL, Oracle, MS Access, SQL Server, and SQL Cluster technologies

• Administer, test, and implement computer databases
• Coordinate changes to computer databases
• Implement security measures to safeguard computer databases
• Monitor performance space on servers and databases
• Respond to database problems and escalations
• Provide trend analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in database administration or other related fields
• Experience with relational databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
