    Our GENERAL MANAGER role requires leadership, technical and financial skills to manage a 40-member crew and a $3 million budget in a fast-paced 7-day a week environment. We have:

    38 lanes of bowling with Brunswick SYNC scoring and GS-X Pinsetters

    Full-service food and beverage with dining room, patio, lounge and concourse bar

    50+ game arcade and redemption store with debit card systems

    High tech integrated systems for bowling and café POS and operations

    $65,000 - 100,000 starting salary commensurate with experience and maturity

    Blue Cross Blue Shield health, vision and dental coverage paid 75% by Company

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education or experience in customer service and management which indicates the ability to handle the demanding requirement of this job

    Experience with food and beverage operations and customer service is a big plus

    Sales and marketing acumen to notice opportunities the company should consider

    Computer proficiency to work with technical support to resolve systems issues

    Software proficiency to use current systems including email, texts, Word, Excel, internet services

    Mathematical skills to understand cost ratios, and financial functions integral to the job

    Solid integrity to hold firm to policies and procedures and to recognize when they may need to be negotiated with the Owner

    Problem-solving and efficiency-oriented way of thinking

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Management

    Advanced communication skills, ability to listen to and respond appropriately to customers, vendors, crew

    Recruits, trains, evaluates, terminates management level crew

    Plans, schedules, assigns and directs all work in a smart and fair manner without favor

    Understands and models the fish philosophy throughout the center (look this up)

    Resolves guest issues at a 5-star level

    Communicates and motivates crew to meet or exceed center goals

    Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws, health and safety rules and regulations

    Financial

    Understands and responds to financial data including sales reports, financial statements, inventory counts, costs of sales and payroll ratios

    Upholds high standards of integrity with all crew to protect the assets of the company

    Accountable for meeting or exceeding financial goals

    Keeps records up to date and accurate

    Technical

    Acquires a functional understanding of all systems of software and hardware including bowling systems, POS systems, debit card arcade systems, telephone systems, computer networks

    Acquires a functional understanding of all facility systems including electrical, air conditioning, plumbing systems, roofing systems, kitchen systems, pinsetters and calls for appropriate repairs and upgrades as needed
