We are seeking a motivated General Manufacturing/Printing Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the printing and manufacturing industries, with a focus on developing skills in material cutting, digital and screen printing, and related processes. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in advancing their careers within a fast-paced production environment.

Duties

Operate manufacturing machinery including cutters, laminators & CNC machine under supervision

Assist screen and digital printing and operations, including setup

Maintain quality control standards by inspecting printed materials for accuracy and consistency

Help with equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

Basic math skills

Ability to learn quickly and follow safety protocols in a manufacturing setting

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
