We are actively seeking:

?? 2 General Construction Superintendents

Requirements:

• Valid NYC Department of Buildings Superintendent License

• Minimum 8 years of experience in general construction

• Proven leadership on mid-to-large scale government or public sector projects, especially with:

• NYC Housing Authority (NYCHA) -REQUIRED

• Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)-REQUIRED

• Experience managing multi-trade job sites, coordinating inspections, and ensuring agency compliance

• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB codes, site safety protocols, and scheduling

• Ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and maintain agency communication and documentation

Salary up to $175k including medical/dental insurance
