This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 84 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC/Razor and/or C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards
• 84 Months Experience creating and reading formal Technical documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements
• 84 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
• 84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
• 36 Months Experience developing web applications that conform to requirements contained in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0)
• 36 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 48 months Experience developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications.
• 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). Full understanding of HIPPA compliance
