Required Qualifications

• Understanding of Microsoft Access database requirements.
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining Microsoft Access databases and data.
• Experience using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Structured Query Language (SQL) in the creation and maintenance of Microsoft Access databases.
• Strong business analytic and professional communication skills.
• Working with and management of large, complex data sets.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with translating complex ideas into actionable insights for varied levels of audience.
• Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or healthcare data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience performing data quality analysis to identify risks and opportunities in data quality.
• Ability to work in a remote capacity, as well as in an office setting in Albany, NY.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related discipline and three years of related experience. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
