Job Description
Gerencia 360 is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in social media and streaming to run point on all digital campaigns and enhance the department overall.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, structure, and execute digital marketing campaigns for artist album and single releases.
- Track social and advertising conversion rates, plays and views, fan growth, campaign investment and ROI against project goals.
- Contribute to the design and creation of the digital assets.
- Quantify the success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid campaigns, social engagements, and partnerships using various analytics tools.
- Lead in the creation and utilization of the company’s and artists’ social networks with updates, posts, content, etc.
- Discover sites, outlets and new ways to promote artists and maintain relationships with key sites and partners.
- Measure and analyze overall campaign performance and provide insights and key learnings to internal departments.
- Manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
- Create and manage a marketing campaign database to find new fans and to optimize conversions.
- Work with visual and creative departments on digital content creation, optimization, and scheduling.
- Keep up to date with new marketing tools made available by digital streaming platforms, social media platforms, and other digital services.
- Oversee results of marketing plans by being reactive and proactive in adjusting those plans to maximize impact and results.
- Partner with internal departments to execute effective interactive strategies.
- Use analytics to refine strategies for digital marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
- Effectively communicate digital marketing plans with internal departments as well as externally to artist/management to ensure the best possible execution and result.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in social media and digital streaming marketing.
- Knowledge of music industry.
- A profound understanding and use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Twitter, TikTok and other social media and music streaming platforms.
- Experience in data analytics and the ability to derive insight and action from them.
- Excellent communication skills are a must. Candidate will be presenting campaigns and contextualizing results for a broad audience every week.
- Social strategy and paid media planning experience.
- Experience in a creating successful, innovative, and creative marketing campaigns.
- Must thrive in a team environment but be able to take the initiative and work independently.
- Creative mindset with the ability to back up decisions with data.
- Must be able to provide examples of previous social media work.
- Be immersed in Mexican music culture, highly preferred.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
