This role is for you. Apply today! Responsibilities: The Senior Vice President of Operations will lead the assigned operational portfolio reporting to the Chief Operations Officer-Managed Division. The Senior Vice President of Operations examines, analyzes, and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise policies. Interacts with ownership groups and mentors and trains the Vice Presidents of Operations within the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicate and execute company strategy • Attend executive leadership and ownership meetings • Manage overall operations of the assigned portfolio • Identify ways to generate and maximize revenue • Oversee property budgets • Analyze financial reports • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed • Attract, retain, and motivate teams • Work closely with the brands to ensure compliance with standards and programs • Lead transition/acquisition and openings of hotels • Ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships within the organization • Sets goals and evaluates results Qualifications: • Prior multi-unit hotel management experience of 5 or more years is required • Proven and effective leadership style • Extensive owners and brands relations • Stable and consistent work history with proven ability to impact financial results and develop talent • Full-service hotel experience We appreciate all candidates who apply and have an interest in GF Hotels & Resorts.
