    We are seeking an analytical thinker to create innovative ways to exceed our revenue management objectives for multiple hotel properties. As the area revenue manager, you will be responsible for developing pricing models, forecasting revenue goals, and implementing a revenue management plan to increase hotel growth and profitability. To keep our hotels competitive, you will need to evaluate and analyze our competitors' pricing and operational strategies while also monitoring current industry trends. Responsibilities: • Generate and update forecast estimates and pace reports for each property you oversee • Check competitor operational strategy continuously, and review their pricing and availability • Organize and conduct yield management meetings to identify the success of prior weeks revenue and establish strategies for future weeks • Manage hotel revenue growth, set performance goals, and implement revenue management plans to keep hotel rates profitable • Confirm corporate, group, and negotiated rates with hotels through comparative market research and verification Qualifications: • Must have experience of 2-3 years in revenue management or a hotel management role, with some experience overseeing multiple properties preferred • Excellent math skills, analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data are crucial • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must • Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software needed Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
