  • Responsibilities

    The Accounting Manager's primary duties include accounts receivables and payroll. Responsibilities: • Assist with the compilation and preparation of the financial statement, periodic forecasts, and annual budget to provide support to the Accounting Department. • Review the daily list of revenue activity to ensure accountability of activity, adjustments, tax liability, and general ledger coding and posting monthly into the general ledger. • Be responsible for the preparation of accounts receivable invoicing and tracking/maintaining of accounts receivables. • Be responsible for the preparation of bi-weekly payroll, and time-off accrual support; assist with the setup/ tracking of time-off accruals, verify all LOA's are paid time-off correctly, and assist with maintenance/ communication of the accruals via the payroll system. • Performs other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Prior hotel accounting experience • Strong attention to details • QNQ and M3 experience preferred but not required
