Responsibilities: The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Food & Beverage Division. The Director of Food and Beverage will supervise a variety of departments, including a restaurant, banquets and kitchen. This position is responsible for all functions within the food and beverage division including: • Forecasting • Budgeting • Understanding profit and loss statements • Purchases • Production • Service • Sanitation • Staffing • Training • Food and beverage cost controls • Generating revenues Qualifications: • Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage • A college degree is preferred • Experience with menu design, food and beverage controls, and payroll costs is required • The ability to deal with internal and external customers in a diplomatic, constructive and professional manner is required
