Responsibilities: • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Qualifications: • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Compensation: $100,000
