Lastly, we have the best: • Culture • Leadership • Systems • Marketing • 133% Builders Comp Plan • Recognition • Trainings • Ownership • Events & Trips • Technology Responsibilities: • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus • Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • MUST be reliable, coachable, mentally resilient, and endlessly determined! Compensation: $114,000 - $250,000+ yearly plus commissions
