Job Description
PROJECT COORDINATOR will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating Work Breakdown Structures, drafting Scope of Work documents, Level of Effort estimates and preparing project summary reports for customers and GFI leadership. We are seeking great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with our growing base of customers.
This position will be based out of our St. Louis MO office but will require occasional work to be performed at GFI Digitals other locations. Some travel may be required. We offer competitive salaries, bonus programs and eligible
