You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Responsibilities: • Supervise real estate agents licensees • Real estate trust accounts maintenance • Ensure proper recordkeeping by monitoring and maintaining legible records of all transactions, financial records, and other documentation for as long as the state requires. • Audit and ensure proper commission distribution according to the brokerage's compensation schedule and policies, as well as each individual licensee’s commission agreement.  • Paperwork review and approval on real estate transactions • Dispute resolution • Training • Oversee and maintain office procedures and standards Qualifications: Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Unparallelled communication and customer service skills Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 yearly
