    We’re looking for a real estate sales coordinator to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include supporting Sales leadership, helping run and distribute sales reporting, and updating the office calendar. You’ll also make sure the sales team is stocked with supplies, and help execute quarterly sales events and incentive programs. Responsibilities: • Adapt to the needs of the sales and realty team, and step up to help when appropriate • Arrange for team meetings, appointments, and onsite events • Organize digital filing systems • Help other sales team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information • Track real estate lic dates for renewal • Run and route reports from Salesforce to Executive leadership team • Manage vendors for office supplies, office maintenance, and operational requests as needed Qualifications: • CRM (Salesforce) experience highly preferred • Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) experience • A clean background check required • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly • preferred • Real estate license preferred but not required • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Compensation: $65,000-$70,000
