Responsibilities: Follow-up with leads to increase sales Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate agents • Present, and sell investment opportunities to real estate investors • Outbound prospecting opportunities available • Respond and convert inbound leads to appointments and eventual contracts • Manage a database of prospects and clients • Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team • Bring new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves • Other general realtor duties as assigned Qualifications: Show good organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills A successful and proven sales history is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Compensation: $100,000+
